摘要
伴随着欧洲经济一体化的不断深入,日益激烈的国际教育市场的驱使以及信息技术和互联网学习的发展,高等教育国际化越来越成为欧盟继经济联盟和统一货币之后的另一重要行动。欧盟的高等教育国际化进程从欧共体产生之日就开始了其进程,直至今日依然在发展。本文探求了从经济和文化因素分析欧盟国家高等教育的动因,接着从欧盟教育的一体化及其国际发展两个方面讲述了欧盟高等教育国际化的主要举措,企盼为我国高等教育国际化提供启示及借鉴。
As the integration of the European Economy developed, and the severe competition of the international education market, the development of the information technology and e-learning as well are enhancing the internationalization of the higher education in European Union after its economy and monetary standardized. The internationalization of the EU higher education starts on the day the European Union was formed, however still under its course nowadays. This article analyzes the reasons and forces of the internationalizstion of EU countries, which lie mainly in economy and culture development. And also tells the procedures and policies for the higher education internationalization, which can be seen from the inner side, that is the unification of the EU higher education and outer part, the higher education world development. It is facing the purpose of offering the experiences and views for the future work of the internationalization of Chinese higher education.
