摘要
通过对医方、患方、政府、媒体等方面的因素分析,提出相应的建议与对策:推动医疗机构内部管理实效,积极转变服务模式,加大管理模式及服务水平的改造力度,营造人性化服务环境,提高患者满意度;处理好经济效益与社会效益关系,树立医疗机构良好形象;建立完善医院内部医患沟通相关制度,制定相应处置预案,规范医患矛盾处理程序,理顺医患沟通和调解流程,建设医患双方有效的沟通平台,发挥政府多方位的调解作用,形成医患纠纷法制化、规范化处理模式。
The construction of a harmonious physician - patient relationship plays a critical role in creating a peaceful environment for medical treatment. By analyzing concerned factors such as the medical service providers, patients, government and the mass media, this paper comes up with some countermeasures as follows. Intensify the medical reform in terms of service quality and administration to satisfy the patients′ need. Create a harmonious relationship between economic benefits and social benefits in order to build up a reasonable image of medical institutes. Construct and perfect concerned regulations to process medical disputes and promote the mutual communication between patients and doctors.
