A Disscussion on the Countermeasures to Prevent the Nurse-Patient Disputes in Basic Level Hospital

摘要 护患纠纷的发生原因很多,主要表现在护理人员编制不足超负荷工作、对护理工作的巨大压力理解不足、护理人员与患者或家属法律意识的反差、护患沟通欠缺、护理文书书写欠规范、护理制度落实欠缺等。针对以上原因,我们采取了以下措施,如提高法律意识、加强护理管理、增加护理人员编制、加强人文关怀、转变服务态度、加强沟通、规范护理文书的书写等,努力减少纠纷的发生,增强医院的核心竞争力。 In recent years, there are many reasons in the occurance of nurse-patient disputes, such as short of staff, overload working, insufficient understanding to the high pressure in nurse work, the strong contrast of law consciousness between patients and nurses, lack of communication poor be- tween the two, not standardized writing, fail to put the nursing rules into practice and so on. Aiming at these reasons, we put forward concrete preven- tion countermeasures, for example, increasing nursing staff and humanistic care, improving the understanding between patients and their families , changing service attitude, strengthening communication, standardizing the writing of nursing records, strengthening legal consciousness, and the man- agement of nursing, thus to decrease the incidence of disputes and improve the core competitiveness of the hospital.
