摘要
通过对重庆市若干家医院、医务人员的调查 ,发现医疗纠纷对医院的主要影响体现在 :导致医患之间的不信任、扰乱医院正常的医疗秩序、影响医务人员的医疗选择、担心医疗纠纷增加医院的经济负担。预防及减少医疗纠纷的对策建议 :建立规范化和制度化的医患沟通机制 ,健全医疗风险管理制度 ,实施强制性的医疗风险保险制度。
Investigation on several hospitals and some medical workers in Chongqing showed that the influences of medical dissensions on hospitals are as follows: (1) doctor and patient don't trust to each other; (2) medical dissensions disturb normally medical orders; (3) effecting on medical choices of medical workers; and (4) worrying about increasing economic burden of hospitals. The countermeasures of preventing and reducing medical dissensions include: (1) establishing systematism communicative mechanism between doctor and patient; (2) perfecting medical risk management system; and (3) implementing compulsory medical risk insurance system.
