摘要
针对我国医生群体中普遍存在自卫性医疗行为的现象,分析了其产生的两个基本原因。内因,即自卫性医疗行为的心理学倾向;外因,即自卫性医疗行为的社会学成因。从加强医疗风险管理、规范医疗行为的角度,针对政府、社会、医院及医生各方提出了相应的对策建议。
Defensive medicine exists at large among physicians in our country. The article analysis the two basic causes of defensive medicine. The inside cause is psychological liability of defensive medicine. The outside cause is sociology liability. From enforcing medical risk management and standard medical behavior to provide strategies for the government, the health institution and physicians.
