摘要
基础教育数学新课程实施的成效虽然与多种因素有关,但取决定性作用的是数学教师的专业素质和实践行为。本文运用多种研究方法对以黔南为重点的贵州省民族地区中小学数学教师实施新课程的现状进行了较为深入、全面的调查,在科学分析的基础上,提出了提高贵州民族地区中小学数学教师实施新课程水平的策略。
Although the effect of the implementation of new math curricula in fundamental education involves various factors, the decisive factor is the math teachers' professional quality and their practice. This article, through variety of researching methods, carries out a series of quite deeper and overall investigations of the present situation of the implementation of new math curricula by primary and secondary school math teachers, and, based on the scientific analysis, puts forward the strategies of improving math teachers' standard in implementing new curricula of primary and secondary schools in minority areas of Guizhou Province.
