摘要
为提高音圈式永磁直线电动机的推力,构建出两极永磁直线电动机的结构,建立了电动机有限元模型,计算出磁感应强度的矢量分布,并预测电动机推力,在此基础上,运用优化设计方法,求解出最优设计尺寸,保证了设计的合理性,缩短了开发周期,最后通过实验证明了这种电动机结构的性能明显优越于传统的音圈式直线电动机。
In order to enhance the linear motor's force, construct the two-pole linear motor, used finite element method to simulate the motor and calculated the distribution of the density of magnetic field to foresee its force. Based on this, applied the optimal design method to compute the best designing size and ensured the feasibility of the design to shorten the develop cycle. Finally, the experiment proved that the motor with this structure has superior ability compared with the traditional linear motor of voice coil type.
