摘要
在参考国内外有关滚环研制资料的基础上,运用优化设计理论设计并研制出一种传递电信号的滚道式挠性滚环装置,并对此种结构形式的滚环装置进行了接触电阻和波动电阻性能实验实验结果表明,这种优化出来的滚道式挠性导电环在动态性能和静态性能两方面的确具有比滑环更好的优越性.
An experimental device of flexible roll ring which transmits electric signals by channeling contact is designed and menufactured using optimization theory based on a large quantity of internal and external references with regard to the development of roll ring. Experiments on the device for performance of contact resistance and fluctuation resistance are carried out. A large quantity of data measured in experiments shows that this kind of channeling contact flexible roll ring device hasa better performance than slide ring both in dynamic and static properties.
