摘要
通过对目标电机的参数分析,以及静态有限元、瞬态有限元及带控制器驱动的分析,运用优化仿真设计技术,进行电机本体的设计工作。在加工、结构、装配期间充分考虑技术指标是否满足要求,并将噪声控制在预设范围内,为同类型低噪声马达的设计提供参考。
By analyzing the parameters of the target motor, the Static f inite element, the transient f inite element and controller drive, using the optimization simulation design technology, then design the motor. Fully considered during the process, construction and assembly, technical indicators meet the requirements, noise control within a preset range and try to provide ways for the same type of low-noise motor to design.
