摘要
设计了一种能够实现两自由度运动的动磁式音圈电机。介绍了该电机的结构形式和工作原理,对该电机的磁路进行了理论分析与有限元仿真,两者结果相差约10%,验证了理论分析的正确性。最后进行了加工测试,验证了该音圈电机能够实现高速高频响运动。
A voice coil actuator (VCA) was designed which can implement two degrees of freedom moving. The structure and work principle were introduced. Magnetic circuit analysis in theory and model simulation were implemented and the difference between them was less than 10%, which verified the correctness of theory analysis. Lastly, the designed device was manufactured and tested. The results showed that the VCA could satisfy the requirement to high speed and high frequency response.
