摘要
针对音圈电机设计中的磁路数值计算较复杂而简易计算准确度较低、设计参数选择不当等问题,文章在讨论音圈电机的漏磁、发热与机械时间常数的关系的基础上,结合有限元分析方法提出了一种简易的、准确的电机设计方法。然后应用该方法,以机械时间常数为优化目标,对已有的一台弧形音圈电机样机进行优化设计。通过样机实验证明:该方法具有较好的设计精度,同时降低了成本,提高了电机性能,取得了较好的效果,最后对音圈电机的其他改进方法进行了讨论。
Aiming at the complexity and low accuracy of the magnetic circuit calculation,inappropriate selection of the design variables and so on,this paper discussed the flux leakage of VCM,and the relationship between the motor heating and mechanical time constant(MTC).Then put forward a simple and effective method of VCM design using FEM.Based on the method,designed and manufactured a new rotary VCM considering MTC as the main optimization target,and the new prototype was proved to be correct,less cost and have a better capability by the experiments.At last,discussed other improved ways.
