Developing modern agriculture is the primary task in new countryside construction and is necessary for work in rural areas directed by scientific developing view. It is necessary to increase investments in agriculture, strengthern infrastructure construction, increase technology creativity and ability of achievement application, raise farmers＂ quality, develop agriculture industrialization management, establish and improve the modern agricultural service system and push agriculture standardization.
