摘要
在对我国当前经济高速增长的要求与有限资源和环境支持能力之间的矛盾进行描述后,文章对我国目前发展循环经济的实际障碍进行了分析,并在此基础上提出了构建中国特色的循环经济发展模式的解决对策。
The author analyses the actual obstacle in the process of developing China recycle economy at present after describing the contradiction between the demand of high-speed economic growth and limitation of environment supporting ability. Furthermore, in the end of this article the author puts forward the suggestion and settlement countermeasure that we should build up the recycle economy development model with the distinct Chinese characteristics.
