摘要
区域现代农业规划理论与方法的研究,对加快发展现代农业,城乡统筹,推动农业规划行业规范化具有重要意义。以本课题组多年来承担的区域现代农业规划案例为实践基础,借鉴国内外相关研究成果,尝试构建区域现代农业规划的理论和方法体系;并提炼区域现代农业规划的概念、内涵、类型和理论基础,构建了区域现代农业规划流程及方法体系,以期能够为我国区域现代农业规划的发展提供理论支撑和规范。
The studies of the theory and method of regional modern agricultural planning had important meaning for speeding up the development of modern agriculture,overall plan of the city and countryside,and promoting the agricultural planning standardization.Based on the regional modern agricultural planning cases and the relevant research archivement from the domestic and foreign for many years,the theory and method systems of regional modern agricultural planning were established.The conception,connotation,types and theory of regional modern agricultural planning were refined to construct the flow of region modern agricultural planning and the method system,which was expected to provide the theory support and the standard for the development of regional modern agricultural planning in China.
