摘要
淮安市在社会主义新农村建设中不断加大现代农业发展的力度,农业效益明显提高。在实践中采取了一系列卓有成效的对策性措施和做法,解决实践中遇到的矛盾与问题,为现代农业的广泛推广和发展积累了宝贵的经验。发展现代农业,必须广泛运用现代科学技术、装备和现代管理手段,充分发挥市场和政府的综合作用,加快结构调整,转变发展方式,积极推进规模化种植、标准化生产、产业化经营,大力发展优质、高产、高效、安全、生态农业。
