摘要
基于校本研修的特点和实践中的不足,探讨了校本研修在教师专业成长和发展中的优势和实际实施过程中存在的问题,提出了中小学有效实施校本研修的具体措施和策略。
This paper, on the basis of characters of school- book study and its deficiency in practice, explores the advantages of school -book study in teachers'specialty self-development and some matters in implementing it, sets forth the concrete measures and strategies for validly bringing it into effect in elementary and secondary schools.
