幼儿园保育员专业化成长的策略应把握三点,即重新认识保育内涵,形成保育新理念;完善的园本培训体系,提高保育员业务素质;建立科学的评估体系,加强管理力度。
For children＇s healthy growth, kindergarten ehildeare workers should also pay attention to their professional development. In order to promote their work quality, the kindergarten should use following strategies： rethinking the significance of ehildeare work; improving the kindergarten-based training system and assessment system for ehildeare workers.
