摘要
英国“入职与发展档案”制度具有重视教师专业发展的主动性与连续性、重视教师个人主动发展与集体合作相结合等特点。目前我国幼儿教师的专业发展面临诸多困境,借鉴英国这一制度的有意经验,积极发挥幼儿教师专业发展的主动性,重视其连续性,积极培育幼儿教师专业发展的共同体,加强政府与社会的支持,是克服这诸多困境的有效对策。
The CEDP in England education system has great values tor teachers professional development. It respects the active developmental spirit of teachers, and tries to guide teachers to cooperate with others and learn from others, which could provide a lot of valuable lessons for our kindergarten teachers' professional development. The author gives her analysis and suggestions as follows.
