摘要
实践教学在学前师资培养方面具有重要意义。当前学前教育领域人才需求呈多元化、应用型和专业化的特点,而目前高校学前教育专业实践教学由于比重不够、基地不足、内容缺乏针对性、指导力量薄弱以及缺乏系统性等问题,必须作出改革才能适应人才培养的要求。改革的基本思路有创新观念以建立开放综合的实践教学体系,改革课程结构以提高实践教学比例,建立系统完整的目标任务体系、协调各类实践教学之间的关系以提高实践教学的针对性,建构层次和类型多元化的广泛的实践基地,改变与实践基地之间的关系模式为双向共赢互动式,充分利用各种人力资源以建立多元化的指导形式等。
To bring up high- level professionals for preschool education, practical training is very important. Currently, the field of preschool education demands not only kindergarten teacher but also other apply- type professionals.For many reasons, we must have present practical training system reformed in order to meet the market' s demands. The basic reform strategies consist of establishing open and integrated practical training system, reforming curriculum structure in order to expand the ratio of praetieal training, setting up integrated objects and mission system, having got more kinds of practice bases, changing the connection type with practice bases from commanding to reciprocal,as well as making good use of all kinds of human resource to get more tutors for students.
