摘要
学前教育师资数量不足、质量不高已成为制约我国学前教育事业发展的主要因素。发达国家在学前教育师资培养中强有力的立法保障、国家与地方财政的大力支持、完善的培养体系和多样化的培养模式,以及严格的专业教师资格认证和标准化评估体系,为我们提供了可资借鉴的经验。优化学前教育立法、完善教师培养制度、加大师资培养投入、提高培训质量、建立严格规范的教师资格认证制度和完善监督与评估机制,是加快我国学前教育师资队伍建设的当务之急。
Preschool education teachers' insufficient number and low quality are the main constraints on the development of China's preschool education.In developed countries,the teacher training of preschool education has powerful legislation protection,strong support of national and local finance,aperfect training system and a diversified training mode,a strict system of professional teacher qualification certification and standardized evaluation,which provides people with referential experience to accelerate the team construction of preschool education teachers in China.The top priority is to optimize the legislation of preschool education,to improve the system of teacher training,to increase the investment in teacher training,to improve the training quality,to build a strict and formal system of teacher qualification certification and to improve the system of supervision and evaluation.
