摘要
管理与伦理的融合是管理学的重要发展,也是管理思想的一次革命。高校人力资源管理作为管理学的一个小分支,也历经了伦理学的渗透和整合。这既是一次深刻的教育管理思想变革,也是其发展趋势。实现高校人力资源管理与伦理融合的基本途径:一是以更高的社会道德和更强的社会责任意识引领工作;二是全面领会管理与伦理二者的一致性和相关性;三是重视以人为本,充分发挥伦理管理的作用;四是立足高校内部环境建设,促进和谐管理。
The merging of management and ethics is the important development of management science, and it is also a revolution of management thoughts. Human resources management in colleges and universities is a small branch of management science and its development also experienced the infiltration and merging of ethics. The basic ways to realize the merging of human resources management in colleges and universities and ethics involve the following: to use the idea of much higher social moral and much stronger social responsibility to guide human resources management work; to wholly understand the similarity and relativity between management and ethics ; to give much emphasis to the role of ethical management; based on the internal environment construction of colleges and universities, to promote harmonious management.
