摘要
地方本科院校将逐步转型培养应用型人才。在人才培养模式的调整中,各院系在办学理念、教学模式、教学管理、行政管理等各方面均发生变化。院系二级办公室管理的管理理念、管理人员的素质等面临严峻挑战。各院系办公室作为服务教研、服务师生的平台,要提高办公室管理水平,必须转变管理理念,提高服务水平;树立学习理念,增强管理素质;实现办公自动化,提高服务效率。
Local undergraduate instructions will gradually shift to cultivate applied talents. During the ad-justment of talent cultivating mode, all the departments will have to change in schooling ideas, teaching mode, teaching management and public administration. Both the management concept of the office management and the quality of the administrators in the secondary office management in all the departments will face severe challenges. The department offices, as the platform for serving teaching research and teachers and students, have to change the concept of management and improve service levels to improve the level of office management; and should establish learning idea, strengthen management quality, realize office automation to enhance their service efficiency.
