摘要
高校师资队伍建设实行"人本管理"具有理论和实际意义。知己知彼,达成共识以及合理定位是其基础;方向一致,目标趋同与建立系统的目标体系是其前提;制度建设、环境塑造及其内涵中融入的人性化是其外因;选贤、用能、育人、留才与实行分类管理是其主要内容;实现学校目标与教师目标"双赢",进而实现社会、学校与教师的多方协调和可持续发展是其最终目的。
It is of theoretical and practical significance to practise human-centered management system in the construction of teaching staff in colleges. Knowing each other, reaching mutual understanding and rational pasitioning are its foundation; the same aim and goal, and the establishment of the target system are its premises; the construction of rules and regulations, the creation of the environment and the inclusion of personification in its intention are its external factors; choosing and employing the able, cultivation and continuing to employ the talented, and practicing classification management are its main contents; realization of the double winners is the target,of college and teachers;realization of multi-coordination among society,college teacher and sustainable developmentAre its ultimate aim.
