摘要
该文在对房地产企业营销现状进行分析的基础上,探讨了房地产企业实施顾客关系营销的策略,并提出了实施中需要突破的几个关键。
Through analyzing the status quo of the marketing in real estate enterprises, this paper elaborates the marketing strategy of customer relationship implemented by the enterprises and puts forward a few keys in the implementation of the strategy.
