摘要
通过对房地产企业核心竞争力的研究,得出适合张家口市房地产企业构建自身核心竞争力的方法,以增加张家口市房地产企业与外地企业相抗衡的优势,不断扩大自己的市场占有率,促使张家口市的房地产企业不断成长发展.
This paper aims to research the system of the real estate enterprise's core competitiveness,so as to find the methods which are suitable for the real estate companies in Zhangjiakou to build their own core competencies.These methods are helpful in increasing their advantages to compete with other foreign enterprises,expanding their market share and making the real estate companies in Zhangjiakou grow and develop.
