摘要
为了改善SiCp/Al复合材料化学镀镍的性能,研究了钇对镀层结构与性能的影响。结果表明,由于钇具有很强的吸附能力,优先吸附在活化后的基体表面缺陷处,提高基体的催化活性,从而提高了镀层的沉积速度。添加钇使镀层在3.5%(质量分数,下同)的NaCl溶液中的耐蚀性提高,镀层表面也更致密,并且保持了原有的非晶态结构。钇在镀液中的最佳添加量为0.15 g.L-1。
The effects of Y^3+ addition on the structure and properites of electroless Ni-P alloy coating on SiCp/Al composites were investigated in order to improve the properties of the coating. The results show that Y^3+ has a preference to be absorbed at the crystal defects, enhancing the catalytic of the substrates. After the addition of Y^3+, the properties of the coating have been improved greatly, for example, the free corrosion potential of the coating in 3.5% NaCl solution changes from -0. 635 V to -0. 416 V, the surface becomes more smooth. EDS and XRD results indicate that with the addition of Y^3+, the structure of the coating remains amorphous and Y are included in the coating. The optimal content of Y^3+ in the bath is 0. 15 g·L^-1.
