综述了稀土元素在电镀Ni P合金、电刷镀Ni P合金、化学镀Ni P合金及Ni P合金复合镀层中的应用现状和前景 。
Application and future of rare earth elements in electroplating, brush plating, electroless plating and composite coating of Ni-P alloys were reviewed and the active mechanism of rare earth was also dis-cussed.
