摘要
研究了镀液组成、添加剂用量及温度、电流密度、pH值、搅拌等工艺条件对电沉积复合材料镀层的影响。结果表明,应用适宜的镀液组成及工艺条件,可制得一系列不同组成的复合材种镀层,并具有优异的耐磨耐蚀性能。
Effects of bath compositions, additives, temperatures, current densities, pH and agitation on eletrodeposition of composite material coatings were stud- ied. The results show that a series of different composite materials can beobtained when the appropriate bath compositions and process conditions aremade use of,and the materials have excellent wear- and corrosion- resistantproperties.
