摘要
研究了Ni-Fe-P/Al2O3复合电沉积的工艺参数对沉积层中Al2O3硬质微粒复合量的影响.结果表明,复合电沉积层中Al2O3微粒复合量随镀液中Al2O3含量、温度、阴极电流密度以及NaH2PO2含量的改变表现出不同的变化趋势.在实验工艺条件下,可获得Al2O3硬质微粒均匀弥散分布的复合电沉积层,其中Al2O3的最大复合量可达13.48%(体积).
The effects of Ni-Fe-P/Al 2O 3 composite electrodeposited technical specifications on the composite content of Al 2O 3 particles have been investigated. The testing results show that the values of Al 2O 3 and NaH 2PO 2 content in plating bath, plating temperature and electric current density have great influences on the content of Al 2O 3 particles in electrodeposited layer. Under the circumstances of testing, the maximal composite content of Al 2O 3 particles in electrodeposited layer can reach 13.48%.
