摘要 对加入0.05mass%~0.5mass%稀土Y铸造的K38G高温合金800℃恒温的氧化行为进行了研究.结果表明,含Y铸态K38G合金的氧化动力学曲线偏离了抛物线规律,接近于立方规律;Y有效抑制了该合金的内氧化;当Y含量达0.5mass%时,该合金中析出富Y相,降低了其氧化抗力. The addition of reactive elements can have a significant effect on the oxidation behavior of alumina- and chromia-forming alloys. The present work investigates the influence of Y contents on the isothermal oxidation behavior of cast K38G superalloy at 800℃ in air. The mass change data showed that the oxidation kinetics of cast alloys with Y addition were deviated from traditional parabolic rate law, with a calculated exponential number close to 3. The addition of Y effectively prevented the cast alloys from internal oxidation. An Y-riched phase was precipitated in the cast alloy with 0.5 mass. % Y, which showed a negative effect on the oxidation resistance of cast alloys.
