摘要
目的:研究蜂胶与杨树叶和杨树芽中叶绿素含量的差别,为蜂胶质量评价和质量控制提供基础数据。方法:用紫外可见分光光度法测定蜂胶、杨树叶和杨树芽中的叶绿素含量。结果:测定了11个蜂胶、1个假蜂胶、杨树叶和芽的95%和50%乙醇提取物的紫外可见吸收光谱。结论:所有蜂胶样品中均不含叶绿素;杨树叶提取物中叶绿素含量较高;杨树芽低极性溶剂提取物中含叶绿素,但含量很低;杨树芽高极性溶剂提取物中未能检出叶绿素。本方法可应用于鉴别直接掺入杨树叶或杨树芽粉末的掺假蜂胶,以及各种含叶绿素杂质的掺假蜂胶。
Objective: To study the different content of chlorophyll among propolis, poplar leaves and buds for quality appraising and controlling of propolis. Method: Ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy. Result: UV-Visible absorption spectrum of the samples of propolis, poplar leaves and buds were determined and compared with reported spectrum of chlorophyll. Conclusion: No chlorophyll was identified in the propolis samples and the poplar buds extract deal with high polarity solvent. Chlorophyll was identified in the poplar buds extract deal with low polarity solvent, and the poplar leaves extract. There should be no chlorophyll in propolis. Chlorophyll can be the index compound for propolis quality control.
