摘要
采用蔗糖层析柱法从菠菜中提取的叶绿素b(chlb),研究了chlb丙酮溶液中水的含量对chlb荧光光谱的影响,得出水对chlb会产生荧光淬灭作用;并研究了chlb在介电常数不同的CCl4、CHCl3、丙酮、乙醇溶液中的光解作用及其稳定性.
Chlorophyll b has been prepared from spinach leaves. We study the fluoresence spectra in aqueous acetone solutions and light stability. The results show that water and the polarity of solvent influence the flurosence intensity of the chlb solution, showing an anstibility chlb in above solution under light.
