用95%乙醇为溶剂提取芥蓝叶中的叶绿素,经过皂化、铜代、成盐等工序制成叶绿素铜钠盐,产品色泽鲜艳,性质稳定,质量达到国家GB3236-82标准。
This paper studies the extraction technique of Chlorophyll of Cabbage mustard leaves by 95% ethyl alcohol, and the combination of the sodium copper chlorophyllin by CuSO4 and chlorophyll. The experience show the sodium copper chlorophyllin’s quality measures up to the national standard GB3262-82
