应用检测叶绿素含量鉴别蜂胶和杨树(芽)胶的研究 被引量:5

摘要 确立有效鉴别蜂胶和杨树(芽)胶的方法,才能从根本上维护蜂胶的真实性及其市场利益。根据相似相溶原理,利用极性较低有机溶剂对蜂胶及杨树(芽)胶中叶绿素类物质进行溶解、分离萃取,通过分光光度法进行定量对比检测,发现蜂胶中叶绿素平均含量为6.73mg/100g,提纯杨树(芽)胶中叶绿素平均含量为111.2mg/100g,两种不同胶体叶绿素含量差异十分明显;在蜂胶中按不同比例掺入杨树(芽)胶进行回收检测试验,求得平均回收率为93.8%,发现杨树(芽)胶掺入量与叶绿素的增加量成正比线性关系。设定蜂胶叶绿素含量的安全限值为15mg/100g,对比检测叶绿素含量可有效鉴别蜂胶和杨树(芽)胶。 Objective:Establish effective identification of propolis and poplar (bud) glue method,in order to fundamentally protect propolis and authenticity of market interest.According to the theory of similarity and compatibility,use with low polarity organic solvents on propolis and poplar (bud) glue chlorophyll substance dissolved,separation and extraction,by spectrophotometric method for quantitative contrast detection,found in propolis chlorophyll content average6.73mg /100g,purification of poplar (bud) glue in chlorophyll content average111.2mg /100g,two kinds of different colloid chlorophyll content difference is very obvious;in propolis in different proportion of incorporation of poplar (bud) plastic for recycling test,obtained an average recovery rate was 93.8%,poplar (bud) glue mixing amount and chlorophyll increased linearly proportional to the relationship.Propolis chlorophyll content set safety limits for15mg /100g,contrast detection of chlorophyll content can effectively identify propolis and poplar (bud) glue.
