摘要
学生的学业负担包括课业负担、心理负担和经济负担三个方面。这三个方面的负担是相互联系、互为因果的,其核心是课业负担和心理负担。目前,在“减负”问题上,存在着“减负”就是没有学习负担;“减负”就是教师轻松,甚至意味着教育教学质量下降;“减负”就是不要考试;“减负”与家长无关等误区。科学“减负”,应坚持“标本要兼治,软硬一起上、减加一齐做、内外共同抓”的原则,使“减负”工作真正见到实效。
The loads of the students school work include that of lessons, psychology and economy which are interrelated to each other, and mutually cause and effect. The core is the loads of lessons and psychology. At present, there are some misunderstandings in "reducing the loads of the students", saying that "reducing the loads" means there is no learning burden, the teachers are relaxed and even the quality of educational teaching will decline, means there is no examination and it has no relationship with parents, etc.. To reduce the loads of the students scientifically, we should insist on the principle of "tacking both on the surface and the root, flexibly and forcedly, inside and outside", so as to make the work of "reducing the loads" achieve actual effects.
