摘要 "减负"与"增负"、"减负"与"增效"这两组矛盾使得"减负"处于一个两难境地。"减负"不仅是要减少绝对负担的量,更是要调整相对负担的质和结构。"减负"的卓有成效有赖于对"负担性质和结构的调整",使绝对负担和相对负担之间形成动态的最优平衡。通过学习"负担"最优化,促进学生全面、和谐发展,是"减负"的最终目的。实现学习"负担"最优化主要有以下三条途径:建立最优化的教学评价体系,创造最优化的生存时空,树立最优化的价值追求。 The contradictions between "reducing the learning burden" and "adding the learning burden" and between "reducing the learning burden" and "improving the learning efficiency" have left "the reduction of learning burden" in a dilemma."Reducing the learning burden" aims at not only reducing the absolute burden,but also adjusting the quality and structure of the relative burden.The success of "reducing the learning burden" depends on "the adjustment of the quality and structure of the burden",thus the dynamic optimum balance between the absolute burden and the relative burden.The ultimate goal of"reducing the learning burden" is to help students to develop in an all-round way through the optimization of learning "burden".There are three ways to optimize the learning "burden": building the optimum assessment system,creating the optimum living space,and pursuing the optimum value.
