摘要
目的建立益气养阴降糖九中葛根素的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法（HPLC）法，检测渡长：250nm，流动相：甲醇-0．1％枸橼酸溶液（25：75），流速：1．0ml／min。结果葛根素浓度在10．0—90．0ug／ml范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9996），加样回收率为99．5％（n=3），RSD为1．2％。结论此方法操作简便，结果准确，可用于益气养阴降糖丸中葛根素的含量测定。
Objective To develop a method to determine the content of puerarin in Jiangtang pill for invigorating Qi, nourishing Yin. Methods High Performance Liquid Chromatography （ HPLC）, with detection wavelength of 250 nm, the mobile phase consists of methanol and 0. 1% citric acid （25： 75）, at flow rate： 1.0 ml/min. Results The linear range of puerarin was 10.0 - 90.0 ug/ml（r =0.999 6）. The recovery of sample was 99.5% （n =3） with RSD of 1.2%. Conclusion This method is simple accurate, and can be used for the determination of puerarin content in Jiangtang pill for invigorating Qi, nourishing Yin.
