摘要
以正丁醇为萃取剂，以氯仿—甲醇—水（７８∶３５∶１０）下层液为展开剂，采用反射方式线性扫描，λ＝２５４ｎｍ，ＳＸ＝３，测定心脑怡口服液中葛根素含量，结果在１．６～４．８μｇ范围内呈线性关系，样品无干扰，方法简便，重现性良好。
In this paper we established a TLCS method for determination of puerarin content of XinNaoYi oral solution. The Puerarin content in the samples was extracted with n-Butanol, and the extract was spotted on thin-layer plates of gel-G and developed with the mobile phase cosisting of the layer solution of Chloroform-Methanol-Water(78:35:10). Using reflection method, the determination was carried out with λ=254min,SX=3. This method is simple and precise.
