摘要
目的建立测定龟甲中胆甾4,6-二烯-3醇含量的薄层扫描法.方法采用双波长反射法对龟甲样品进行线性扫描,检测波长λs=450 nm,参比波长λr=640 nm.结果胆甾4,6-二烯-3醇的线性范围为0.2~4.5 μg·g-1 (r=0.999 94),平均回收率为96.5%,RSD=2.6%(n=6).结论该法能有效消除龟甲中其他成分对含量测定的干扰,简便、准确、重现性好.
Objective To establish a TLC-scanning method for the assay of cholesta-4,6-dine-3-ol in turtleback. Method The samples were scanned by dual-wavelength reflection method with the wavelength of detection λs = 450 nm, and the reference wavelength λR = 640 nm . Results The calibration curve for cholesta-4,6-dine-3-ol had good linearity within the range of 0.2 - 4.5 μg · g^-1 ( r = 0. 999 94). The average recovery rate and RSD were 96.5% and 2.6% ( n = 6), respectively. Conclusion This method can remove the interference of other components in turtleback and is convenient, reliable and repeatable.
