摘要
目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定乌朱木-11中羟基红花黄色素A的含量。方法:色谱柱为Agilent zorbax-C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-乙腈-0.7%瞵酸溶液(26:2:72)为流动相,检测波长为403nm,流速:1.0ml/min。结果:羟基红花黄色素A在0.05592μg-0.5592μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998,平均回收率为99.71%(n=9),R.SD=0.47%。结论:本法简单,快速,可靠,重现性好。
Abstract Aim: To determine the content of Hydroxysafflor Yellow A in Wuzhumu-11 by HPLC. Methods: The analysis was conducted with a Agilent zorbax-C18 column (250mm×4.6mm,5μm), methanol- Acetonitrile - 0.7% phosphoric acid (26: 2: 72) as mobile phase eluted at 1.0ml/min and detected at wavelength 403nm. Results: Linear range for Hydroxysafflor Yellow A detection was in 0.05592 μg-0.5592μ with r = 0.9998 and average recovery as 99.71% (n=9),RSD=0.47% o Conclusion:The method was simple, fast and reproducible.
