摘要
目的：采用高效液相色谱法测定乌朱木-11中羟基红花黄色素A的含量。方法：色谱柱为Agilent zorbax-C18柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），以甲醇-乙腈-0．7％瞵酸溶液（26：2：72）为流动相，检测波长为403nm，流速：1．0ml／min。结果：羟基红花黄色素A在0．05592μg-0．5592μg范围内呈良好的线性关系，r=0．9998，平均回收率为99．71％（n=9），R．SD=0．47％。结论：本法简单，快速，可靠，重现性好。
Abstract Aim： To determine the content of Hydroxysafflor Yellow A in Wuzhumu-11 by HPLC. Methods： The analysis was conducted with a Agilent zorbax-C18 column （250mm×4.6mm,5μm）, methanol- Acetonitrile - 0.7% phosphoric acid （26： 2： 72） as mobile phase eluted at 1.0ml/min and detected at wavelength 403nm. Results： Linear range for Hydroxysafflor Yellow A detection was in 0.05592 μg-0.5592μ with r = 0.9998 and average recovery as 99.71% （n=9）,RSD=0.47% o Conclusion：The method was simple, fast and reproducible.
