茄根酸性组分对大鼠牙周炎的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探明茄根酸性组分对牙周炎的治疗作用及作用机理。方法:制备大鼠牙周炎模型,观察用药后牙周组织的病理变化,测定炎性组织中PGE2的含量。结果:茄根酸性组分能使牙周炎炎症明显减轻,使炎性组织中PGE2含量显著降低。结论:茄根酸性组分对牙周炎有良好的抗炎效果,抑制花生四烯酸代谢途径中环氧化酶-2的生成及活性,减少该途径产生的炎症介质PGE2的含量,从而阻断牙周组织破坏和牙槽骨的吸收,控制炎症反应,是其发挥治疗牙周炎作用的可能机制。
