摘要
茄根能加强戊巴比妥钠对中枢神经系统的抑制作用,对抗尼可刹米的致惊厥作用,经扭体法、热板法引痛测试,均有提高痛阈的作用,这可延长脑缺血小鼠存活时间。
Eggpiant' s root can strengthen the depressant effect of pentobar bital sodium on the central nervous system. They can antagonize the convulsion of nikethamide. They can raise the pain thresholds during writhing and hot -plat test. They can prolong survival time of mice with cerebral ischemia.
