摘要
随着企业间竞争的不断深入,劳动力要素逐渐改变了传统流动性较弱的格局,一些行业和职业方面的员工离职率居高不下,保持合理的离职率成为人力资源管理者考虑的重要问题之一。文章从员工离职的概念入手分析了员工离职成本及行业和职业分布特征,通过建立员工离职模型,对模型中影响员工离职的相关因素进行了分析,并就如何最小化人口统计因素、可控因素、不可控因素的负面影响,实现企业、员工的双赢进行了探讨。
Along with competition among enterprises increasing, the rate of employee's turnover maintains high level, so keeping rational proportion of employee's turnover has become one of the most important issues for human resources manager. This paper analyzes the concept of employee turnover, turnover cost as well as occupation distributing character. In addition, this paper makes analysis and discussion on each influencing factor in the mode/ of employee turnover. Finally , this paper discusses how to minimize the negative influence of demographic factors, controllable facters and uncontrollable factors in order to achieve win--win between enterprise and employee.
