摘要
企业经营管理人才,是指那些在企业从事经营或经营过程管理的人中能够进行创造性劳动,对企业发展起较大促进作用的人,包括董事人才、高层经理人才、经营或经营管理专业人才。企业经营管理人才是市场经济条件下的时代英雄,肩负重大社会使命,这样的一个群体,必然具有十分鲜明的素质特征,对其开发也具有特殊性。
Enterprise business administration talents are those who can either do creative work in the business or control the business process, or promote the development of the enterprise, including director talents, high-level management talents, business or business administration professionals. Enterprise business administration talents are the heroes of the times in market economy. They shoulder the important social responsibility. Such talents must have very obvious diathesis characteristics, so developing these characteristics will have its particularity.
