摘要
为了提高纤维素酶发酵的酶活力,从培养基配比、加水量、硫酸铵添加量、磷酸二氢钾添加量、初始pH值、培养温度等方面对纤维素酶发酵培养基进行了优化。得出结论,在稻壳:麸皮:玉米芯=5:3:2,加水比1:3,硫酸铵添加量2.5%,磷酸二氢钾2%,初始pH值6.0,培养温度28~30℃的优化条件下,发酵84h,可使CMC酶活力达到1865u/g干曲。
In order to improve the activity of cellulase, the effects of culture medium composition, initial pH value, culture temperature and culture time on cellulase production were studied in this paper. The results showed the optimization condition was that rice chaff power: wheat bran: corncob was 5 : 3 : 2, the addition rate of water was 1/3, addition quantity of (NH4)2SO4 was 2.5%, addition quantity of KH2PO4 was 2%, the initial pH was 6.0, cultured for 84 h at 28-30 ℃. Under this condition the CMC enzymatic activity could achieve 1 865 u/g dry leaven.
