摘要
木质纤维素生物质经过预处理后,原料的内孔面积增大,纤维素的结晶性降低,并且半纤维素和木质素被去除,预处理后的生物质容易进行酶水解生产燃料乙醇。总结了近些年来的预处理技术,如物理法、化学法和生物法。
Pretreatment of lignocellulosic biomass leads to the increase of biomass internal surface area, decrystallization of cellulose and removal of hemicellulose and lignin. Pretreated biomass is easy to take enzymatic hydrolysis for fuel ethanol production. This paper reviews some promising pretreatment technologies in recent years. Those technologies are divided into physical method and biological methods.
