摘要
本文利用纤维素酶对花生壳进行酶解,以溶液pH、酶解温度、酶解时间和酶的添加量为试验因素,以酶解率为考察指标,采用单因素试验和正交试验对花生壳的酶解工艺条件进行了研究。结果表明,花生壳的最佳酶解条件为pH=5.5、酶解温度为45℃、酶解时间为18h、酶的添加量为1.5%,在此条件下进行试验,测得酶解率为63.61%。
Enzymatic hydrolysis technology of peanut hulls by cellulase was investigated by single-factor test and orthogonal test according to the degree of hydrolysis.Enzymolysis temperature,enzymolysis time,enzymolysis pH and cellulase addtition were selected as the experimental factors.The result showed that the optimum enzymolysis conditions were pH= 5.5,enzymolysis temperature of 45℃,enzymolysis time of 18h and cellulase addition of 1.5%.Under above conditions,the enzymolysis rate is 63.61%.
