摘要
通过对磷化机理的热力学分析,对实现常温磷化的条件进行了相关的讨论,得出磷化反应在常温下不能够自发进行,需要添加一定的促进剂才能保证磷化反应在常温下顺利进行.通过电化学与热力学之间的转化关系,对常温磷化促进剂的选择进行了讨论,并提出了促进剂选择的相关的电位条件.
The thermodynamics of the phosphating process is discussed. The results show that the phophloration reaction can't take place until the appropriate accelerator was added to the phosphlorization solution. The choice of accelerator is discussed through the relationship between the thermodynamics and electrochemistry. That the oxidation-accelerator's electrode potential is also discussed.
