摘要
研究拟对电站锅炉常用碳钢材料表面进行不同酸度条件下的磷化处理,得到磷化处理试样,并对基体材料及磷化处理后的试样进行盐雾试验、极化曲线测试、扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱分析(EDS)等,对所形成磷化膜的成分、结构、形貌和耐蚀性能等进行对比分析,筛选出最优的碳钢磷化工艺。研究结果表明,磷化处理能够大幅度提高碳钢材料的耐蚀性能,可用于电站锅炉常用碳钢材料的表面防护。磷化膜耐蚀性随着磷化液酸度的升高而降低,且游离酸度的变化对膜层性能的影响高于总酸度。合理的磷化液酸度控制范围为,游离酸度(FA)在12.5~13.5点;总酸度(TA)在95.5点左右。
Phosphating carbon steel samples which are common used on utility boilers under different acidity and matrix are tested by salt spray test,polarization curves,SEM and EDS,and the composition,structure,morphology and corrosion resistance are compared and analyzed,then choose the best phosphating process.The results show that phosphating process could greatly improve the corrosion resistance of carbon steel,can be used for surface protection of common carbon steel materials used in Utility Boilers.And the corrosion resistance decreases with the increase of acidity of phosphating solution,the influence of free acidity on properties is higher than total acidity.The reasonable acidity of phosphating solution is free acidity at 12.5~13.5 point;total acidity about 95.5 point.
