摘要
磷化技术是当前采用较多的钢铁表面处理技术。文章介绍了磷化膜的特点、用途、成膜的基本条件和相关的膜层结构 ,并综述了国内近十年来有关磷化技术的最新研究状况 ,包括磷化时间、磷化温度、酸度、添加剂等对磷化膜质量的影响。
Phosphating technique has been widely used for surface treatment of ison and steel.In this paper,the characteristic and function of phosphating films,the basic conditions of film formation and the corresponding structure of film are summarized.The current domestic situation and progress of phosphating technique including the influence of opercting time and temperature,acidity and additives upon the quality of film are reviewed.
